Appointment
Can only be made by telephone or email. No admission is allowed without an appointment.
You will be asked, by telephone or email, to answer a questionnaire on your current health to make sure that you do not have symptoms of COVID-19.
Appointments will be given in a way that complies with physical distancing rules (two metres or more) in the waiting room.
When you arrive
You will be asked to arrive exactly on time for your appointment.
He highly recommends that you wear a mask.
Once inside, you will be directed to wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
One of our team members will take your temperature with a non contact thermometer.
You will again be asked to answer a questionnaire on your current health to make sure that you do not have symptoms of COVID-19.
You will be asked to comply with physical distancing rules with other patients and clinic staff, both in the waiting area and when you are walking to the exam room.
While inside the clinic, we will ask you to limit the use of your personal effects as your cell phone.
Anyone accompanying you will need to stay outside the clinic. However, you may be admitted under certain conditions to accompany a child, a person with a disability or a senior.
When you leave the treatment room, you will be asked to wash your hands and, if physical distancing cannot be maintained, to put on your mask or face covering until you exit the clinic.
Additionnal fees
Since we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure your protection and that of our dental staff, an additional fee with be applied to your appointment that represents 15$ for a hygiene appointment and 30$ for a dentist appointment.
